Hospitality Training Programme – Grand Pineapple Beach Resort
- Designed to give Caribbean nationals (persons without experience or formal training) the opportunities to build a requisite skill-set needed for the industry
- Provides technical and soft skills training in various areas of hotel operation; including:
- Food & Beverage (kitchen, restaurant, bars, stewarding, room service)
- Rooms (concierge, front office, bell desk, housekeeping)
- Revenue (gift shop, snapshots, sales office)
- Finance (cost control, accounts)
- Engineering
- Watersports
- 6 weeks duration
