To facilitate the development of life skills for vulnerable youth, men, and women through agriculture, entrepreneurship, technical vocational skills, business development training, and job services.

To be a premier training institution through which vulnerable youth, men, and women are holistically empowered to improve their living standards.

1.Train 400 vulnerable men and women (ages 16–35) in job readiness and entrepreneurship programs within 5 years.
2.Enhance alumni engagement by linking graduates to:

3.Strengthen organizational sustainability by:
•Generating income
•Supporting base operations
